Executive Summary and Overview
Build Fast, Fail Quickly, Arrive On Time—this was the philosophy behind this project. The client wasn't entirely involved in the planning process; he wanted a system but didn't clearly understand what he wanted. So, we decided to create a rough project sketch, if you like. After a series of iterations, we could develop something the client had envisioned. This is the Wallchart Africa we have today. Although we do not have photos of the old Wallchart, we have some screenshots of Wallchart 1.0.
